Article L621-6 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

For the application of article L. 412-3 in Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin, the words: “in article 19 of law no. 48-1360 of 1st September 1948 amending and codifying the legislation relating to relations between lessors and lessees or occupants of residential or business premises and instituting housing allowances” and the words: “carried out in application of article L. 442-4-1 of the French Construction and Housing Code” are replaced respectively by the words: “by the regulations, if any, applicable locally” and the words: “the regulations applicable locally”.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 412-3 à Saint-Barthélemy et à Saint-Martin, les mots : ” à l’article 19 de la loi n° 48-1360 du 1er septembre 1948 portant modification et codification de la législation relative aux rapports des bailleurs et locataires ou occupants de locaux d’habitation ou à usage professionnel et instituant des allocations de logement ” et les mots : ” effectuée en application de l’article L. 442-4-1 du code de la construction et de l’habitation ” sont remplacés respectivement par les mots : ” par la réglementation, le cas échéant, applicable localement ” et les mots : ” la réglementation applicable localement “.
