Article L6211-14 of the French Public Health Code

When the test is not taken in a medical biology laboratory or a healthcare establishment, an agreement signed between the legal representative of the laboratory and the healthcare professional or, where applicable, between the legal representative of the laboratory and the legal representative of the structure in which the healthcare professional works, sets out the applicable procedures.

Lorsque le prélèvement de l’examen n’est réalisé ni dans un laboratoire de biologie médicale, ni dans un établissement de santé, une convention signée entre le représentant légal du laboratoire et le professionnel de santé ou, le cas échéant, entre le représentant légal du laboratoire et le représentant légal de la structure dans laquelle exerce ce professionnel de santé fixe les procédures applicables.
