The conditions for carrying out certain medical biology tests likely to present a particular risk to public health are specified by order of the Minister for Health, issued after consultation with the committee referred to in article L. 6213-12 and the Director General of the Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé.
Les conditions de réalisation de certains examens de biologie médicale susceptibles de présenter un risque particulier pour la santé publique sont précisées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé, pris après avis de la commission mentionnée à l’article L. 6213-12 et du directeur général de l’Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé.
