Article L622-7 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The articles L. 411-4, L. 411-5, L. 612-11, L. 613-8, L. 613-9, L. 613-19, L. 615-2, L. 615-3, L. 615-5, L. 615-5-1-1, L. 615-5-2, L. 615-7, L. 615-7-1, L. 615-8, L. 615-8-1, L. 615-10 and L. 615-17 shall apply to the conditions and forms in which:

-decisions of the Director of the National Institute of Industrial Property referred to in this Chapter are taken;

-rights attached to the registration of a topography may be transferred, given as security or seized;

disputes arising under this Chapter shall be settled.

Les articles L. 411-4, L. 411-5, L. 612-11, L. 613-8, L. 613-9, L. 613-19, L. 615-2, L. 615-3, L. 615-5, L. 615-5-1-1, L. 615-5-2, L. 615-7, L. 615-7-1, L. 615-8, L. 615-8-1, L. 615-10 et L. 615-17 sont applicables aux conditions et formes dans lesquelles :

-sont prises les décisions du directeur de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle mentionnées au présent chapitre ;

-peuvent être transmis, donnés en garantie ou saisis les droits attachés à l’enregistrement d’une topographie ;

-est réglé le contentieux né du présent chapitre.
