Article L6221-13 of the French Public Health Code

Without prejudice to Articles L. 1223-2 and L. 5313-1, the structures of the Etablissement Français du Sang which ensure the biological qualification of donations are subject to the provisions of this chapter in respect of activities likely to give rise to medical biology examinations.

Sans préjudice des articles L. 1223-2 et L. 5313-1, les structures de l’Etablissement français du sang qui assurent la qualification biologique du don sont soumises, au titre des activités susceptibles de donner lieu à la réalisation d’examens de biologie médicale, aux dispositions du présent chapitre.
