Article L6221-5 of the French Public Health Code

When carrying out accreditation tasks on behalf of the national accreditation body, a doctor, pharmacist or other health professional may only be brought before the disciplinary court of the association to which he belongs by the Minister for Health, the public prosecutor or the director general of the regional health agency.

Dans l’accomplissement des missions d’accréditation qu’il réalise pour le compte de l’instance nationale d’accréditation, un médecin, un pharmacien ou un autre professionnel de santé ne peut être traduit devant la juridiction disciplinaire de l’ordre dont il relève que par le ministre chargé de la santé, le procureur de la République ou le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.
