Article L6222-43 of the French Labour Code

Apprentices from a Member State of the European Union undertaking a period of mobility in France benefit from the provisions of this book. Due to the temporary nature of this mobility, the following provisions do not apply to them:

1° Article L. 6211-1, relating to the purpose of the apprenticeship contract ;

2° Article L. 6222-7-1, relating to the duration of the apprenticeship contract;

3° The second paragraph of Article L. 6222-12, relating to the conditions for joining an apprenticeship course;

4° Article L. 6211-2, relating to the duration of apprenticeship training.

Les apprentis originaires d’un Etat membre de l’Union européenne effectuant une période de mobilité en France bénéficient des dispositions du présent livre. En raison du caractère temporaire de cette mobilité, les dispositions suivantes ne leur sont pas applicables :

1° L’article L. 6211-1, relatif à la finalité du contrat d’apprentissage ;

2° L’article L. 6222-7-1, relatif à la durée du contrat d’apprentissage ;

3° Le deuxième alinéa de l’article L. 6222-12, relatif aux conditions d’intégration d’une formation en apprentissage ;

4° L’article L. 6211-2, relatif à la durée de la formation en apprentissage.
