Article L6225-7 of the French Labour Code

In the event of a refusal to authorise the resumption of performance of the apprenticeship contract, the apprentice training centre where the apprentice is registered shall take the necessary steps to enable the apprentice to follow the training provided by the centre on a temporary basis and to find a new employer likely to contribute to the completion of his training.

En cas de refus d’autoriser la reprise de l’exécution du contrat d’apprentissage, le centre de formation d’apprentis où est inscrit l’apprenti prend les dispositions nécessaires pour lui permettre de suivre provisoirement la formation dispensée par le centre et de trouver un nouvel employeur susceptible de contribuer à l’achèvement de sa formation.
