The unauthorised use of the title of medical biologist or of a diploma, certificate or other title legally required for the exercise of the corresponding functions is punishable as the offence of usurpation of title provided for inarticle 433-17 of the Criminal Code for natural persons, and in articles 433-17 and 433-25 of the same code for legal persons.
L’usage sans droit de la qualité de biologiste médical ou d’un diplôme, certificat ou autre titre légalement requis pour l’exercice des fonctions correspondantes est puni comme le délit d’usurpation de titre prévu à l’article 433-17 du code pénal pour les personnes physiques, et aux articles 433-17 et 433-25 de ce même code pour les personnes morales.
