Article L631-13 of the French Commercial code

As soon as the proceedings have been opened, third parties are entitled to submit offers to the administrator with a view to maintaining the business of the company, through a total or partial sale of the company in accordance with the provisions of Section 1 of Chapter II of Title IV.

The administrator shall inform the person or persons designated by the social and economic committee or the employees’ representative of the possibility for the employees to submit one or more offers.

Article L631-13

Dès l’ouverture de la procédure, les tiers sont admis à soumettre à l’administrateur des offres tendant au maintien de l’activité de l’entreprise, par une cession totale ou partielle de celle-ci selon les dispositions de la section 1 du chapitre II du titre IV.

L’administrateur informe la ou les personnes désignées par le comité social et économique ou le représentant des salariés de la possibilité qu’ont les salariés de soumettre une ou plusieurs offres.
