Article L6313-1 of the French Public Health Code

The following is punishable by a fine of 8,000 euros:

1° Carrying out medical transport without approval or despite the withdrawal of approval ;

2° Putting or keeping in service a vehicle used for land medical transport without the authorisation provided for in article L. 6312-4.

Natural persons guilty of the offence mentioned in the previous paragraph incur the additional penalty of being banned from performing medical transport for one year.

Article L6313-1

Est puni d’une amende de 8 000 euros le fait :

1° D’effectuer un transport sanitaire sans agrément ou malgré le retrait d’agrément ;

2° De mettre ou de maintenir en service un véhicule affecté aux transports sanitaires terrestres sans l’autorisation prévue à l’article L. 6312-4.

Les personnes physiques coupables de l’infraction mentionnée à l’alinéa précédent encourent la peine complémentaire d’interdiction d’effectuer des transports sanitaires pendant un an.
