The training course referred to in 1° of Article L. 6313-1 is defined as an educational pathway leading to a professional objective.

It may be carried out in whole or in part by distance learning.

It may also be carried out in the workplace.

The terms of application of the second and third paragraphs of this article shall be determined by decree.
