Confidential information received by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution, the Banque de France and the Autorité des marchés financiers from a European supervisory authority, the European Systemic Risk Board, an authority within a Member State of the European Union or a State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or from a third country may not be disclosed without the express agreement of the authority or committee that provided the information and, where applicable, solely for the purposes for which its agreement was given.

Les informations confidentielles reçues par l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution, la Banque de France et l’Autorité des marchés financiers de la part d’une autorité européenne de surveillance, du Comité européen du risque systémique, d’une autorité au sein d’un Etat membre de l’Union européenne ou d’un Etat partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen ou d’un pays tiers ne peuvent être divulguées sans l’accord exprès de l’autorité ou du comité qui les a communiquées et, le cas échéant, aux seules fins pour lesquelles son accord a été donné.
