Any training activity that is a condition for carrying out an activity or a function, in application of an international agreement or legal and regulatory provisions, constitutes actual working time and gives rise to the company maintaining remuneration during the training period.

Toute action de formation qui conditionne l’exercice d’une activité ou d’une fonction, en application d’une convention internationale ou de dispositions légales et règlementaires, constitue un temps de travail effectif et donne lieu pendant sa réalisation au maintien par l’entreprise de la rémunération.
