In addition to the activities mentioned in article L. 6323-1, health centres may :
1° Carry out public health initiatives, therapeutic patient education and social initiatives, in particular with a view to promoting access to rights and healthcare for the most vulnerable people or those who do not have access to social protection;
2° Contribute to the continuity of outpatient care;
3° Providing training places, where appropriate at university level, for the medical and paramedical professions;
4° Carry out voluntary terminations of pregnancy under the conditions set out in articles L. 2212-1 to L. 2212-9, in accordance with procedures defined by specifications drawn up by the Haute Autorité de santé, within the framework of an agreement concluded under article L. 2212-2 ;
5° To submit and implement the protocols defined in Articles L. 4011-1 and L. 4011-2 under the conditions defined in Articles L. 4011-3 and L. 4011-4;
6° Contribute, in application of the provisions of article L. 6147-10, to the health support mission of the armed forces;
7° Implement, under conditions determined by decree, a pathway subject to medical prescription aimed at supporting children aged between three and twelve inclusive who, according to criteria set by the Haute Autorité de santé, are overweight or have uncomplicated obesity or present obesity risk factors. The programme includes a physical activity check-up, as well as a dietetic and psychological check-up and follow-up sessions.
