Every year, each health centre management body sends the Director General of the Regional Health Agency information relating to the activities and operating and management characteristics of the health centres and their branches for which it is the legal representative. The information that must be sent is specified by order of the Minister for Health.
Chaque organisme gestionnaire de centres de santé transmet annuellement au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé les informations relatives aux activités et aux caractéristiques de fonctionnement et de gestion des centres de santé et de leurs antennes dont il est le représentant légal. Les informations dont la transmission est exigée sont précisées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
