Article L6323-34 of the French Labour Code

The account is topped up by an amount expressed in euros per year of full-time or part-time admission to an establishment or service providing assistance through work, subject to a ceiling. The value of this ceiling and this amount are greater than the amount and ceiling mentioned in article L. 6323-11. The amount credited to the account enables its holder to finance training that is eligible for the account, within the meaning of article L. 6323-6.

L’alimentation du compte se fait à hauteur d’un montant exprimé en euros, par année d’admission à temps plein ou à temps partiel dans un établissement ou un service d’aide par le travail, dans la limite d’un plafond. La valeur de ce plafond et ce montant sont supérieurs au montant et au plafond mentionnés à l’article L. 6323-11. Le montant inscrit sur le compte permet à son titulaire de financer une formation éligible au compte, au sens de l’article L. 6323-6.
