Article L633-4 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Where the coordinator of a financial conglomerate is an authority of another Member State or party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, it shall carry out the tasks defined in Article L. 633-3 with regard to entities established in France.

Article L633-4

Lorsque le coordonnateur d’un conglomérat financier est une autorité d’un autre Etat membre ou partie à l’accord sur l’Espace économique européen, il assure, à l’égard des entités établies en France, les missions définies à l’article L. 633-3.
