Article L6355-15 of the French Labour Code

Any person who, in breach of the provisions of article L. 6352-11, carries out actions falling within the scope of continuing vocational training without sending the administrative authority a document showing how the sums received have been used and setting out the educational and financial results of its activity, the balance sheet, the profit and loss account and the notes for the last financial year for which the accounts have been closed, shall be liable to a fine of 4,500 euros.

Le fait de réaliser des actions entrant dans le champ de la formation professionnelle continue sans adresser à l’autorité administrative le document retraçant l’emploi des sommes reçues et dressant le bilan pédagogique et financier de son activité, le bilan, le compte de résultat et l’annexe du dernier exercice clos, en méconnaissance des dispositions de l’article L. 6352-11, est puni d’une amende de 4 500 euros.
