Article L6355-3 of the French Labour Code

Failure to submit an amending declaration in the event of a change to one or more elements of the initial declaration, in disregard of the provisions of the first paragraph of Article L. 6351-5, is punishable by a fine of 4,500 euros.

Le fait de ne pas souscrire une déclaration rectificative en cas de modification d’un ou des éléments de la déclaration initiale, en méconnaissance des dispositions du premier alinéa de l’article L. 6351-5, est puni d’une amende de 4 500 euros.
