Article L6355-7 of the French Labour Code

Any person who has been convicted of a criminal offence constituting a breach of probity, good character or honour, may be fined up to €4,500 for performing, even de facto, a managerial, apprentice-teaching or administrative role in a training organisation, in breach of the provisions of article L. 6352-2.

Article L6355-7

Le fait, pour toute personne qui a fait l’objet d’une condamnation pénale pour des faits constituant des manquements à la probité, aux bonnes moeurs et à l’honneur, d’exercer, même de fait, une fonction de direction, d’enseignement aux apprentis ou d’administration dans un organisme de formation, en méconnaissance des dispositions de l’article L. 6352-2, est puni d’une amende de 4 500 euros.
