Article L6361-11 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The budgets and accounts of the local authority finally settled shall be made public by means of printing.

The provisions of article L. 2313-1 are applicable to the local authority. The place where the documents are made available to the public is the administrative centre of the local authority.
