Article L6362-6 of the French Labour Code

The organisations responsible for carrying out all or part of the actions referred to in article L. 6313-1 shall submit all documents and records establishing the objectives and implementation of these actions as well as the resources used for this purpose.

If they fail to do so, the actions are deemed not to have been carried out and the co-contractor will be reimbursed any sums unduly received.

Article L6362-6

Les organismes chargés de réaliser tout ou partie des actions mentionnées à l’article L. 6313-1 présentent tous documents et pièces établissant les objectifs et la réalisation de ces actions ainsi que les moyens mis en œuvre à cet effet.

A défaut, celles-ci sont réputées ne pas avoir été exécutées et donnent lieu à remboursement au cocontractant des sommes indûment perçues.
