Article L641-1-2 of the French Commercial code

When the conditions set out in article L. 621-4-1, the court appoints as liquidator at least two judicial representatives, one of whom is common to the debtor and the companies mentioned in 2° and 3° of the same article.

Lorsque sont réunies les conditions prévues à l’article L. 621-4-1, le tribunal désigne en qualité de liquidateur au moins deux mandataires judiciaires, dont un commun au débiteur et aux sociétés mentionnées aux 2° et 3° du même article.
