The official receiver exercises the powers vested in him by articles L. 621-9, and L. 623-2 and by the fourth paragraph of article L. 622-16. It sets the remuneration relating to the duties performed by the debtor if it is a natural person or the managers of the legal entity and exercises the powers devolved to it by the second paragraph of article L. 631-11. If he is unable to act or has ceased his duties, he is replaced under the conditions set out in the third paragraph of article L. 621-9.
The information held by the Public Prosecutor shall be communicated to him in accordance with the rules set out in the second paragraph of Article L. 621-8.
The liquidator and the administrator, where one has been appointed, shall receive from the official receiver all information useful for the performance of their duties.
