Article L641-3 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

For its application in Wallis and Futuna, the first paragraph of Article L. 112-1 reads as follows:

“Seizures may relate to all assets belonging to the debtor, even if they are held by third parties, with the exception of immovable property and business assets. “
