Article L641-8 of the French Code of civil enforcement procedures

For the application of article L. 412-6 in Wallis and Futuna, the period during which any eviction measure is suspended is set by the State representative, after consultation with the territorial assembly, for a period of three and a half months, if necessary divided to take into account the particular climatic conditions specific to this community.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 412-6 à Wallis-et-Futuna, la période pendant laquelle il est sursis à toute mesure d’expulsion est fixée par le représentant de l’Etat, après avis de l’assemblée territoriale, pour une durée de trois mois et demi, le cas échéant divisée de manière à tenir compte des particularités climatiques propres à cette collectivité.
