Article L652-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of this book to Saint-Barthélemy:
1° The provisions of the first paragraph of Article L. 614-11 do not apply;
2° The provisions of 1° of Article L. 615-1 do not apply;
3° In Article L. 632-1, the words: “judicial court of the chief town of the department” are replaced by the words: “territorially competent judicial court”.

Pour l’application du présent livre à Saint-Barthélemy :
1° Les dispositions du premier alinéa de l’article L. 614-11 ne sont pas applicables ;
2° Les dispositions du 1° de l’article L. 615-1 ne sont pas applicables ;
3° A l’article L. 632-1, les mots : ” tribunal judiciaire du chef-lieu du département ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” tribunal judiciaire territorialement compétent “.
