Article L663-1-1 of the French Commercial code

Where precautionary measures ordered pursuant to articles L. 621-2, L. 631-10-1 and L. 651-4 relate to assets whose conservation or holding generates costs or which are likely to deteriorate, the official receiver may authorise the administrator, if appointed, the mandataire judiciaire or the liquidator to sell them, at the price and under the conditions that he determines. The sums arising from this transfer shall be immediately paid into a deposit account at the Caisse des dépôts et consignations.

Lorsque les mesures conservatoires ordonnées en application des articles L. 621-2, L. 631-10-1 et L. 651-4 portent sur des biens dont la conservation ou la détention génère des frais ou qui sont susceptibles de dépérissement, le juge-commissaire peut autoriser, aux prix et conditions qu’il détermine, l’administrateur, s’il a été nommé, le mandataire judiciaire ou le liquidateur à les céder. Les sommes provenant de cette cession sont immédiatement versées en compte de dépôt à la Caisse des dépôts et consignations.
