Article L670-3 of the French Commercial code

In the event of a judicial liquidation, claims shall not be verified if it appears that the proceeds from the realisation of assets will be entirely absorbed by legal costs, unless otherwise decided by the official receiver.

Il n’est pas procédé, en cas de liquidation judiciaire, à la vérification des créances s’il apparaît que le produit de la réalisation de l’actif sera entièrement absorbé par les frais de justice, sauf décision contraire du juge-commissaire.
