Article L680-7 of the French Commercial code

Without prejudice to the jurisdiction granted to the juge-commissaire by Article L. 624-19, the court seised of safeguard, receivership or compulsory liquidation proceedings opened in respect of an individual limited liability entrepreneur hears disputes relating to the allocation of the assets and liabilities of this entrepreneur that arise in the course of these proceedings.

Sans préjudice de la compétence attribuée au juge-commissaire par l’article L. 624-19, le tribunal saisi d’une procédure de sauvegarde, de redressement judiciaire ou de liquidation judiciaire ouverte à l’égard d’un entrepreneur individuel à responsabilité limitée connaît des contestations relatives à l’affectation des éléments du patrimoine de cet entrepreneur qui s’élèvent à l’occasion de cette procédure.
