Article L712-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Within two months of the publication of the application for registration, any person may submit written observations to the Director General of the National Institute of Industrial Property specifying the grounds on which the application for registration should be rejected pursuant to 2° and 3° of Article L. 712-7.

Within two months of the publication of the regulations for use, any person may also submit written observations to the Director General of the National Institute of Industrial Property, specifying the grounds on which the application for registration should be rejected pursuant to the provisions of Articles L. 715-4 and L. 715-9.

Article L712-3

Dans le délai de deux mois suivant la publication de la demande d’enregistrement, toute personne peut formuler, auprès du directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle, des observations écrites précisant les motifs pour lesquels la demande d’enregistrement devrait être rejetée en application des 2° et 3° de l’article L. 712-7.

Dans le délai de deux mois suivant la publication du règlement d’usage, toute personne peut également formuler, auprès du directeur général de l’Institut national de la propriété industrielle, des observations écrites précisant les motifs pour lesquels la demande d’enregistrement devrait être rejetée en application des dispositions des articles L. 715-4 et L. 715-9.
