The application for a declaration of invalidity may relate to some or all of the goods or services for which the contested mark is registered.

An application for a declaration of invalidity may be based on one or more grounds. Provided they belong to the same proprietor, such an application may be based on several earlier rights.

La demande en nullité peut porter sur une partie ou sur la totalité des produits ou des services pour lesquels la marque contestée est enregistrée.

Une demande en nullité peut être fondée sur un ou plusieurs motifs. Sous réserve de leur appartenance au même titulaire, une telle demande peut être fondée sur plusieurs droits antérieurs.
