The court may order, of its own motion or at the request of any person with standing to bring an infringement action, all legally permissible investigative measures even if a seizure for infringement has not previously been ordered under the conditions set out in article L. 716-4-7.

La juridiction peut ordonner, d’office ou à la demande de toute personne ayant qualité pour agir en contrefaçon, toutes les mesures d’instruction légalement admissibles même si une saisie-contrefaçon n’a pas préalablement été ordonnée dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 716-4-7.
