Article L724-3-1 of the French Commercial code

The disciplinary sanctions applicable to commercial court judges are:

1° A reprimand;

2° A ban on being appointed to single-judge functions for a maximum of five years;

3° Disqualification accompanied by ineligibility for a maximum of ten years;

4° Disqualification accompanied by permanent ineligibility.

1° Le blâme ;

2° L’interdiction d’être désigné dans des fonctions de juge unique pendant une durée maximale de cinq ans ;

3° La déchéance assortie de l’inéligibilité pour une durée maximale de dix ans ;

4° La déchéance assortie de l’inéligibilité définitive.
