Article L732-6 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – The provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table, shall apply in New Caledonia, subject to the adaptation provisions provided for in II:

II. – For the application of the articles mentioned in the table above:
In article L. 162-2, after each occurrence of the words: “the Banque de France”, the words: “, the Institut d’émission d’outre-mer” are added. the Institut d’émission d’outre-mer”.

Article L732-6

I. – Sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie, sous réserve des dispositions d’adaptation prévues au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :
