Article L733-6 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I.-The provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, subject to the adaptation provisions set out in II, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II.-For the application of the articles mentioned in the table above:
In article L. 162-2, after each occurrence of the words: “the Banque de France”, the following words are added: “, the Institut d’émission d’outre-mer”.

Article L733-6

I.-Sont applicables en Polynésie française, sous réserve des dispositions d’adaptation prévues au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :
