I.- Subject to the provisions set out in II, the provisions of the article mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in New Caledonia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II.-For the application of the articles mentioned in the table above, the first and second paragraphs of Article L. 317-1 are replaced by the following provisions:
“The officials of the Institut d’émission d’outre-mer are qualified to carry out, in the performance of their duties, the search for and the recording by official report of infringements of the provisions of Articles L. 312-1-1, L. 312-1-2, L. 314-12, L. 314-13 and L. 315-6 to L. 315-8 of this Code.
“The authorised officials mentioned in the first paragraph are also competent to investigate and record breaches of the provisions of Articles L. 312-1-1, L. 312-1-2, L. 314-12, L. 314-13 and L. 315-6 to L. 315-8 committed by the agents and branches of payment service providers with their registered office or central administration abroad located in France, Saint Pierre-et-Miquelon, New Caledonia, French Polynesia or the Wallis and Futuna Islands.
