Article L771-3 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

In New Caledonia, French Polynesia and the Wallis and Futuna Islands:
1° References to a financial conglomerate within the meaning of Article L. 517-3 do not apply;
2° References to mixed financial holding companies, mixed holding companies or mixed parent companies of finance companies as defined in Article L. 517-4-1 do not apply.

En Nouvelle-Calédonie, en Polynésie française et dans les îles Wallis et Futuna :
