Article L773-36 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I.-Subject to the provisions of II, the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the following table shall apply in New Caledonia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II – For the purposes of the articles mentioned in the table above, in Article L. 546-1, the words “the single register provided for inArticle L. 512-1 of the Insurance Code ” are replaced by the words “the register mentioned inArticle 1 of Law 2005-1564 of 15 December 2005 containing various provisions adapting insurance to Community law”.

II.-Pour l’application des articles mentionnés dans le tableau ci-dessus, à l’article L. 546-1, les mots : « le registre unique prévu à l’article L. 512-1 du code des assurances » sont remplacés par les mots : « le registre mentionné à l’article 1er de la loi n° 2005-1564 du 15 décembre 2005 portant diverses dispositions d’adaptation au droit communautaire dans le domaine de l’assurance ».
