Article L785-4 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I.-The provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the following table shall apply in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, subject to the adaptations mentioned in II, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II – For the application of the articles mentioned in the table above:

Article L785-4

I.-Sont applicables dans les îles Wallis et Futuna, sous réserve des adaptations mentionnées au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :

II.-Pour l’application des articles mentionnés dans le tableau ci-dessus :
A l’article L. 614-2, au premier alinéa, les mots : « et de toute proposition de règlement ou de directive communautaires avant son examen par le Conseil de l’Union européenne » sont supprimés.
