Article L811-2-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The provisions of Regulation (EU) No 1257/2012 of 17 December 2012 implementing enhanced cooperation in the area of the creation of unitary protection conferred by a patent and Regulation (EU) No 1260/2012 of 17 December 2012 implementing enhanced cooperation in the area of the creation of unitary protection conferred by a patent, as regards the applicable translation arrangements, shall apply in Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the French Southern and Antarctic Territories and the Wallis and Futuna Islands.

Les dispositions du règlement (UE) n° 1257/2012 du 17 décembre 2012 mettant en œuvre la coopération renforcée dans le domaine de la création d’une protection unitaire conférée par un brevet et du règlement (UE) n° 1260/2012 du 17 décembre 2012 mettant en œuvre la coopération renforcée dans le domaine de la création d’une protection unitaire conférée par un brevet, en ce qui concerne les modalités applicables en matière de traduction, sont applicables à Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, dans les Terres australes et antarctiques françaises et les îles Wallis et Futuna.
