The files monitored by the judicial representative or the person mentioned in III of article L. 812-2 who leaves office, for whatever reason, shall be distributed by the court among the other agents or, where the conditions are met, among the persons mentioned in III of Article L. 812-2 within three months of leaving office.
However, in the interests of the proper administration of justice, the court may authorise the former mandatary or the person mentioned in III of Article L. 812-2, to continue handling one or more ongoing cases, unless a striking off is the cause of the discontinuation of his duties. The judicial representative remains subject to the provisions of articles L. 812-8, L. 812-9, L. 812-10, L. 814-1-1 and L. 814-5. The person mentioned in III of article L. 812-2 remains subject to the provisions of III of article L. 812-2, L. 812-8-1, L. 814-1-1, L. 814-10-1, L. 814-10-2 and L. 814-5.
