Article L8254-3 of the French Labour Code

A private individual who enters into a contract for his or her personal use, that of his or her spouse, partner in a civil solidarity pact, cohabitee, ascendants or descendants, the subject of which is an obligation of a minimum amount, is subject to the provisions of articles L. 8254-1 and L. 8254-2 when the contract is entered into.

Article L8254-3

Le particulier qui conclut pour son usage personnel, celui de son conjoint, partenaire lié par un pacte civil de solidarité, concubin, de ses ascendants ou descendants un contrat dont l’objet porte sur une obligation d’un montant minimum est soumis aux dispositions des articles L. 8254-1 et L. 8254-2, lors de la conclusion de ce contrat.
