Article L8271-6-2 of the French Labour Code

For the purposes of investigating and establishing offences constituting illegal employment, the inspection officers referred to in article L. 8271-1-2 may be presented with and obtain immediate copies of documents proving compliance with the provisions of this Book and Chapter II of Title VI of Book II of Part One.
