Article L921-3-1 of the French Commercial code

For the application in Mayotte of article L. 123-37, farm managers subject to the criterion of the third paragraph of the same article and engaged in marine farming activities are identified separately from the agricultural workers defined in article L. 311-2 of the rural and maritime fishing code.

Pour l’application à Mayotte de l’article L. 123-37, sont identifiés, de manière distincte des actifs agricoles définis à l’article L. 311-2 du code rural et de la pêche maritime, les chefs d’exploitation agricole soumis au critère du troisième alinéa du même article et exerçant des activités de cultures marines.
