Article L921-8 of the French Commercial code

In 6° of Article L. 145-2, the words “to the social security fund of the house of artists and recognised authors of graphic and plastic works, as defined by Article 71 of Annex III to the General Tax Code” are replaced by the words: “to the Mayotte social security fund and recognised as authors of graphic and plastic works within the meaning of the locally applicable tax code”.

Au 6° de l’article L. 145-2, les mots : ” à la caisse de sécurité sociale de la maison des artistes et reconnus auteurs d’œuvres graphiques et plastiques, tels que définis par l’article 71 de l’annexe III du code général des impôts ” sont remplacés par les mots : ” à la caisse de sécurité sociale de Mayotte et reconnus auteurs d’œuvres graphiques et plastiques au sens du code des impôts applicable localement “.
