Article L935-2 of the French Commercial code

Article L. 511-60 reads as follows:

“Art. L. 511-60-A decree of the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the terms and conditions for the application of the provisions of this sub-section, with the exception of the amount of remuneration due to notaries or bailiffs who have drawn up protests for the various formalities for which they are responsible. “

” Art. L. 511-60.-Un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine les modalités d’application des dispositions de la présente sous-section, hormis le montant des rémunérations dues aux notaires ou huissiers ayant dressé les protêts pour les différentes formalités dont ils sont chargés. “
