Article LO3445-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The deliberation provided for in Article LO 3445-2 is transmitted to the Prime Minister and to the State representative in the department.

When it relates to the adaptation of a legislative provision, it is forwarded to the National Assembly and the Senate by the Prime Minister, together with his observations where appropriate.

It is published in the Journal Officiel within one month of the expiry of the period for appeal provided for in Article LO 3445-5 or the date on which the deliberation becomes enforceable pursuant to that same article. It enters into force the day after its publication.

Article LO3445-4

La délibération prévue à l’article LO 3445-2 est transmise au Premier ministre ainsi qu’au représentant de l’Etat dans le département.

Lorsqu’elle porte sur l’adaptation d’une disposition législative, elle est transmise à l’Assemblée nationale et au Sénat par le Premier ministre, assortie le cas échéant de ses observations.

Elle est publiée au Journal officiel dans le mois suivant l’expiration du délai de recours prévu à l’article LO 3445-5 ou la date à laquelle la délibération devient exécutoire en application de ce même article. Elle entre en vigueur le lendemain de sa publication.
