Article LO4435-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The regional economic, social and environmental council and the council for culture, education and the environment shall be consulted on any draft application for authorisation referred to in Article LO 4435-2 which relates to a matter that falls within their respective remit pursuant to Section 2 of Chapter III of this Title. Their opinion is deemed to have been given on expiry of a period of one month from the date on which the matter was referred to them.

Le conseil économique, social et environnemental régional et le conseil de la culture, de l’éducation et de l’environnement sont consultés sur tout projet de demande d’habilitation visée à l’article LO 4435-2 qui porte sur une matière qui relève de leur compétence respective en application de la section 2 du chapitre III du présent titre. Leur avis est réputé donné à l’expiration d’un délai d’un mois à compter de leur saisine.
